Exercise and Stretch Classes
I’ve been working with managers of the various village halls and rooms that I teach my classes in to ensure that my new in-person classes are Covid-19 compliant, with appropriate distancing and Covid-19 hygiene policies in place in all of the halls and rooms. This allows both yourselves and myself to have confidence with respect to personal safety whilst being able to exercise.
